Apartheid's Malpractice in Canada
levine August 1, 2000. South Africa's apartheid army forced lesbian and gay conscripts to undergo sex-change operations, and submitted them to electric shocks, chemical castration, and other medical experiments, The Daily Mail & Guardian/ Q-online revealed on June 28.

The head of the program was identified as military psychiatrist Colonel Aubrey Levine. Now calling himself Dr. Aubrey Levin, he is a Professor in the Department of Psychiatry (Forensic Division) at the University of Calgary's Medical School.

He is also in private practice, as a member in good standing of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta, Canada.
